Job summary

Civils & Lintels is seeking an Assistant Depot Manager to support daily depot operations and deliver excellent customer service across branches. You will help maintain safety standards, work with suppliers, and support the depot team to grow and flourish.

The role combines customer focus with team leadership, offering training and development opportunities within the Huws Gray Group network.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a depot role.
• Angled toward self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a safe, professional manner.
• Maintain high health and safety standards in depots and sites.
• Be the friendly face of Civils & Lintels with excellent customer service.

As a vital member of our team you will support the Depot Manager in the efficient running of your depot, this will include:

• Serving our customers' needs in a safe and professional manner
• Maintaining a high standard of health and safety on sites and in depots
• Be one of the faces of Civils and Lintels and provide great customer service
• Create a close working relationship with your team whilst helping them to grow and develop
• Develop close working relationships with key supply chain partners
