Job summary

Civils & Lintels in Bolton is seeking a Transport Manager to oversee a high-volume transport operation, lead depot teams and maintain strict health and safety standards across all checks and routines.

You will build strong relationships across the business, ensure compliance with company policies, safeguard goods and properties, and inspire a proactive, reliable, and ambitious team with a strong focus on training and development.

Qualifications

• You will be responsible for personnel, monitoring their progress and being their first point of contact should a problem arise making communication skills vital.
