Job summary

Civils & Lintels in Durham is looking for an Assistant Depot Manager who will support the Depot Manager in running the depot and serving our customers with professionalism while upholding safety standards.

You will help develop your team, build strong relationships with suppliers, and represent Civils & Lintels with a focus on service excellence and reliability across our branch network.

Qualifications

• Assist Depot Manager to run the depot daily and ensure safe operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and on-site support.
• Help develop and coach team members to grow.
• Build relationships with supply chain partners.

We're looking for an Assistant Depot Manager to join us at Civils & Lintelsin Durham

As a vital member of our team you will support the Depot Manager in the efficient running of your depot, this will include:

• Serving our customers’ needs in a safe and professional manner
• Maintaining a high standard of health and safety on sites and in depots
• Be one of the faces of Civils and Lintels and provide great customer service
• Create a close working relationship with your team whilst helping them to grow and develop
• Develop close working relationships with key supply chain partners
