Job Title: Assistant Depot Manager

This permanent role will be based at the Howdens depot located in the Hastings Ore area. The depot is situated at Block C, North Hastings Trade Park, Burgess Road, Ivyhouse Lane Industrial Estate, Hastings TN35 4NR.

Role Overview: As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support your Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot. Your responsibilities include reviewing the P&L, recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with the local trade. You will also identify and suggest new opportunities for growth.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about becoming a Depot Manager, supported by extensive online and face-to-face training to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.
