This is a key position within our Mathematics department, offering the opportunity to contribute to strategic leadership and the continued development of high-quality teaching and learning.

You will play a significant role in driving curriculum development, raising standards, and supporting colleagues to ensure consistently strong outcomes for all learners.

Potential applicants should have:

• A successful record of teaching Mathematics including excellent exam results at one or more of KS3 & KS4.
• Proven track record in raising standards and achievement.
• Experience of leading highly successful and aspirational Mathematics events.

Applicants should also have:

• A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the effective use of the Pupil Premium.
• The ability to put vision into practice.
