Stirling Council is seeking an Assistant Cook for Strathblane Primary School to prepare, cook and serve meals while upholding kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. The role requires experience in catering and compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
PVG for Children will be completed if progressed, with flexible moves between locations as required. You will initially be based at Strathblane Primary School but may move to other sites; hybrid working arrangements are possible

A vacancy has occurred for an Assistant Cook who is motivated, interested and takes pride in ensuring that a high standard of food preparation and service is maintained. Duties will include the preparation of food, cooking, food service, kitchen hygiene and health and safety, ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act and subsequent legislation. Experience in Catering is essential. You will be initially based at one location but may be required to move location with appropriate notice as the service requires.
