FBR Construction Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant/Intermediate Contracts Manager with retail exposure to oversee key accounts in the food retail sector across the UK. You will assist in running large accounts, meet clients, gather specifications, and coordinate with estimators and the design team.

You'll support the project management of fit-out and new-build works, coordinate material orders, and manage subcontractors. A strong team player is essential to deliver on budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication with clients, estimators and design teams.

Responsabilités

• Meet clients to understand their needs and gather project briefs.
• Assist in taking project specifications and coordinating with estimators and design teams.
• Support in project managing fit-out and new-build works.
• Coordinate for materials on site and place sub-contractors orders.
• Collate Health and Safety files and assist in costing minor projects.
• Work with the team to manage budgets and timelines across projects, primarily in the south of England.
