Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar in retail construction.
• Strong knowledge of retail fit-out, refurbishment and store rollout projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple retail construction projects.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor risk, provide progress updates to stakeholders, and conduct quality audits.
• Support handover and defect management processes.
