You’ll help deliver stylish events from small meetings to large corporate functions, leading the team under the Conference & Events Manager and ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering all events with precision and style, from business meetings to large corporate functions and private parties.
• Coordinate logistics and support the team in ensuring events run flawlessly, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Assist in managing suppliers, ensuring external partners meet high standards.
• Lead by example, maintaining a polished and energetic atmosphere, motivating the team.
• Work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, high-standard service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guest safety.
• Support budget control and cost tracking for events.
• Bring bold personality to events to reflect The Met Hotel’s atmosphere.
