Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager

We are currently seeking an accomplished Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to join our team at Cliveden House, renowned for hosting some of the most memorable events and parties in history. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our conference and banqueting department, held to the highest standards. We are looking for an individual with a proven background in event management, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to ensuring seamless and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a strong background in event management, particularly in luxury event settings
  • Assist in leading and inspiring the team to uphold and exceed the exacting standards of service and hospitality in conference and banqueting
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring each event is meticulously organised and executed
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in coordinating events
  • Show a commitment to creating a luxurious and seamless atmosphere for our guests, maintaining the legacy of hosting historic and exceptional parties and events at Cliveden House
  • Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of event management procedures to meet and exceed the expectations of our guests
  • Be proactive and quick-thinking, ensuring the flawless execution of every event hosted at Cliveden House
