Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the role of Assistant Community Facilities Manager at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (RDUH). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff and operational services, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding organisational abilities. The Community Facilities Service supports several community hospitals from Axminster to Moretonhampstead, requiring flexibility and independence, along with collaborative working across the region.

Support the Community Facilities Manager in managing Facilities Services across all community hospital sites within the Eastern Division. Ensure staffing levels meet service standards and client needs at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
