Job summary

LGS Vision Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients. You will ensure timely submissions of accounts and VAT returns, sharing knowledge with the team and delegating where appropriate.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) with flexible hours and a starting salary of £45,000 to £50,000. The position supports growth toward a Client Manager title, and 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays are

Responsibilities

• As main point of contact with your clients
• Sharing knowledge, experience and insights with team members. Delegate where needed
• Manage your portfolio of clients to ensure submissions are delivered ahead of deadline (accounts, VAT returns, etc)
• Drive and motivate yourself to acquire new knowledge and skills
• Identify, communicate and implement opportunities to improve processes that contribute to business improvements

Job description

This role requires a proactive approach to client service, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of commercial drivers. Managing workload, stakeholders and deadlines will be a key part of the role.
