Responsibilities

• Create varied and nutritious menus in line with residents' dietary needs.
• Deliver high-quality dining experiences and make residents feel at home.
• Train and manage kitchen staff in prepping, cooking and serving.
• Adhere to COSHH/HACCP guidelines, budgets and orders/deliveries.
• Cater for events and seasonal activities as required.
