Job Description

  1. Help to ensure the smooth running of Indian Kitchen, working closely with the team.
  2. Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control, and minimal wastage.
  3. Keep organized and maintain high standards of the kitchen area.
  4. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
  5. Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen.
  6. Maintain the standards of performance as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hotel Policy.
  7. Carry out other duties as required.

Qualifications

  1. Culinary degree and two years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  2. Experience and proficiency in both a la carte and production cooking.
  3. Previous experience in a similar role from a luxury background.
  4. Valid food handler certificate.
