Job summary

Busy Bees Ardington is a leading UK nursery group looking for an Assistant Chef to prepare nutritious meals for children and to support kitchen operations in a caring, educational environment. You’ll contribute to children’s wellbeing while gaining experience in catering within the early years sector.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements for children.
• Support the Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure kitchen inventory is well-maintained and assist with ordering and stock management.
• Support meal preparation and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Oxford Ardington, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 102 children in a beautiful woodland location that offers excellent transport links and access to local walks and cafés.
