Duties of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:
- Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, service delivery, and financial performance
- Support technicians in the service bays, performing minor fast-fit repairs and servicing when necessary
- Manage the front desk, including customer greetings, authorising work, and updating customers on vehicle progress
- Oversee workshop workload, control job cards and ensure efficient workflow
- Price work and invoice customers accurately
- Source and replenish parts and tyres, maintaining stock control
- Contribute to achieving sales and performance targets through excellent customer service
- Support administrative duties related to the smooth running of the centre
- Assist in motivating and leading the workshop team to deliver high standards of service
Requirements of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:
- Good mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out minor repairs and servicing
- Previous experience in workshop leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
