Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, including staff management and financial performance.
• Support technicians in service bays and perform minor fast-fit work when needed.
• Manage front desk, greet customers, authorize work, and update vehicle progress.
• Oversee workshop workload, manage job cards, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Price work and invoice customers accurately, replenish parts and tyres.
• Contribute to sales and performance targets through customer service.
• Assist with administrative duties and lead the workshop team to high standards.

Duties of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:

• Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, service delivery, and financial performance

• Source and replenish parts and tyres, maintaining stock control
• Contribute to achieving sales and performance targets through excellent customer service
• Support administrative duties related to the smooth running of the centre
• Assist in motivating and leading the workshop team to deliver high standards of service

Requirements of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:
