Perfect Placement is recruiting on behalf of a busy fast fit centre in Wigan for the role of Assistant Centre Manager. This position offers a clear path into management within a well-established automotive centre with a supportive team.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise service bays, and drive customer satisfaction and efficiency while working a 45-hour week. A strong leadership mindset and industry knowledge are essential for progression.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in daily operational management.

Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy fast fit centre for the position of Assistant Centre Manager in Wigan. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to take a step forward in management within a busy and well-established automotive centre.

Benefits of the Assistant Centre Manager:

• Competitive basic salary of £35,000 plus performance bonus
• Realistic OTE of approximately £40,000
• 45 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 8:00am to 5:00pm (Saturday)

Duties of the Assistant Centre Manager:
