Protyre Autocare is seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and commercially focused Assistant Centre Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering excellent training and development opportunities.

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist in delivering company objectives through effective management and coordination of the Centre, ensuring high customer service levels, maintaining centre standards, and taking a leading role in customer interactions.

Location: Protyre Sheffield, Sharrow Vale Road, new home for Hawleys Tyres.

• Technical or Mechanical background/knowledge.
• Ability to support technicians in the workshop if needed.
• Proven sales ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching, and mentoring capability.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of car technology.
• Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience in account management.
• Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Support workshop team mechanically if required.
• Contribute to achieving centre targets and KPIs.
• Oversee stock maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure work complies with company policies and procedures.
