As the Assistant Manager, you will assist in delivering company business objectives through effective management and coordination of the Centre, while ensuring high standards of customer service, centre operations, and taking a leading role in customer interactions.

• Technical or Mechanical background/knowledge.
• Ability to support technicians in the workshop if required.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability and desire to coach and mentor the team.
• Previous experience leading a team.
• High understanding of car technology.
• Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience in account management.
• Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

About the role:

• Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot.
• Support the team in the workshop mechanically if required.
• Contribute to Centre targets, including key performance indicators.
• Oversee stock maintenance within the centre.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work complies with Company Policies and Procedures.
