The University of Leeds is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional service within a busy campus catering environment. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency in the Refectory and managing a range of catering services, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.
Interviews are expected to be held Friday 4th July.
This role will be based on the University campus. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

University Catering and Hospitality Services operates a range of retail catering across campus, and an extensive range of hospitality services.
As the Assistant Catering Manager, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team working to deliver an impeccable customer service experience with an enthusiastic, consistent, and confident approach. You will ensure the smooth operation of the Refectory by ensuring our customers' needs and our standards are met and are always adhered to.
You will have experience working within a hospitality setting at a management level and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organisational skills are key to ensuring an effective and efficient customer experience.
This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, worked 5 days over 7, usually between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 however work outside these times may be required due to the business needs, you will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business including working in other locations on campus, if necessary, and working weekends, bank holidays and closure days as and when required, with time in lieu to balance.
