Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Open/close the site and respond to alarms.
• Operate heating and hot water systems; perform safety checks.
• Support with porterage and moving furniture; drive minibus if qualified.
• Communicate with staff and external contractors in a positive, professional manner.
