Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards in the café and concert bar.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment and staff development.
• Manage inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers for fresh ingredients and coffee.
• Uphold health and safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to deliver great experiences.
• Support the Café Manager in achieving financial targets, including cost control and budgeting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining high standards in both the café and concert bar.


• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging staff development and exceptional performance.


• Manage inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients and specialty coffee products.


• Monitor and uphold health and safety standards, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with all regulations.


• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.


• Support the Café Manager in achieving financial targets, including cost control, budgeting, and maximizing sales opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experience in a similar Assistant Management role
