Job summary

Rebecca Udall is seeking a detail-oriented product buyer/merchandiser to collaborate with the Buyer and product team. You will manage supplier relationships, critical-paths, and range planning across premium homeware categories.

The role demands 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and an eye for commercially driven ranges. Experience with Shopify is a plus, and you’ll work with European suppliers to maintain stock and product data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a buying or merchandising role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience liaising directly with international suppliers.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with an instinct for what sells and why.

Responsibilities

• Support the product team in developing seasonal ranges across core categories, balancing newness with commercial performance.
• Own the commercial relationship and range with certain suppliers.
• Manage the critical path for sample requests, product development and new range orders with mostly European suppliers.
• Place, track and expedite purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery in line with stock plans.
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales, sell-through and stock data to provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing and cost data across internal systems.
• Assist with supplier negotiations on pricing, MOQs and lead times.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure new product launches are supported with accurate specs, imagery and copy.
• Support pricing and margin analysis for D2C and B2B.
• Support margin and markdown analysis to protect brand positioning and profitability.
