Job summary

The role requires experience in buying/merchandising or product coordination, strong analytics, and excellent organisation. Proficiency in Excel and supplier communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product timelines from concept to delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers domestically and internationally on pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Produce detailed sales performance reports and range analyses.
• Assist with costings, quote packs, and product documentation.
• Support stock planning, replenishment and end-of-life product management.
• Prepare presentations, samples, and materials for trade events and meetings.
• Maintain accurate product specs and track samples to timelines.
