You will assist with surveys, support project delivery, prepare drawings and specifications, and contribute to compliance and accessibility initiatives while aiming for RICS APC accreditation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying, construction, or property maintenance is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with building and condition surveys.

JOB TITLE: Assistant Building Surveyor - Building Services & Maintenance

SALARY: £39,276 - £42,771 per annum

TYPE: PERMANENT

HOURS: This is a Full time role

We are recruiting for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a well-established Building Services & Maintenance team in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a varied estate that includes corporate buildings, schools, libraries, and community assets, while working towards RICS APC professional accreditation with structured support and development.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with building and condition surveys
• Supporting project delivery, contract administration and tender processes
• Producing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Supporting compliance activities including fire safety, asbestos management and accessibility standards
• Conducting site inspections and building assessments
• Working alongside experienced surveyors on a range of maintenance and improvement projects
• Contributing to feasibility studies, project planning and stakeholder engagement
