Assistant Building Surveyor - Role Overview

• Support with managing building surveying projects from inception to completion
• Assist in preparing specifications, schedules of works, and reports
• Attend site visits and client meetings across education and commercial sectors
• Carry out condition surveys, defect analysis, and measured surveys
• Assist with contract administration and project delivery
• Work closely with senior surveyors and directors to develop technical competence
• Progress towards chartership and increased project responsibility

Assistant Building Surveyor - Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience (post-degree or through a placement year)
• Degree in Building Surveying (essential)
• Working towards RICS chartership (support provided)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within commutable distance to Bristol
• Eager to progress and committed to a long-term role
