An established industry player is seeking an Assistant Services Project Manager/Engineer to join their dynamic Mechanical & Electrical team. In this role, you will oversee specialist subcontractors and support project delivery across diverse projects, from pharmaceuticals to commercial builds. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of safety and quality while fostering teamwork and collaboration. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the co-ordination of M&E Design, liaising with external consultants.
• Supervise specialist M&E sub-contractors through effective communication and proactive involvement in the day-to-day running of the site.
• Implement the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and communication from the outset.
• Attend programme meetings to ensure the best build programme is maintained.
• Work alongside the Services Project Manager, using your knowledge of building control to ensure all systems meet the requirements for handover.
• Regularly liaise with Clients' Consultants throughout the construction and commissioning phases of the Project.
• Ensure all systems are demonstrated accordingly.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Provide technical support to the project team and specialists.
• An HND or similar in an M&E related discipline.
• Proven experience of delivering mechanical or electrical packages on new-build projects.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Share the company ethics of collaboration, problem-solving, and teamwork.
