Qualifications

• A current CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• First Aid at work certificate.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards of quality on site to ensure delivery of quality builds.
• Manage community relationships under the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
• Produce and develop project programmes for timely delivery.

Skills

Site management experience

Managing supply chain relationships

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental management

Ability to interpret programmes, drawings, and technical specifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Proficient in Microsoft Word

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

Proficient in Microsoft Project

Experience of Field View or similar
