United Infrastructure looks for a Build Manager to support delivery of a defined works area, coordinating construction and related activities under the Senior Build Manager. You will manage logistics, programming, planning, and client liaison while ensuring safety, quality and timely reporting across site functions.

Responsibilities

• Update internal trackers and schedules.
• Input site data into internal and client systems as required.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements for site specifics.
• Prepare handover packs (HOPs) and upload within SLA.
• Ensure Company Procedures and Quality Manual are followed.
• Coordinate with Commercial team on financial impact.
• Liaise with staff and operatives; compile material/FIK lists and POWs.
• Escalate issues with detailed reports.
• Collaborate with site functions to maintain timely reporting.
