Job summary

Huws Gray Limited in Whitchurch is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager, oversee daily operations, and uphold high standards of safety and customer service.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, ensure procedures are followed, and help drive branch performance and profitability, with flexible working options discussed at interview.

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is valued; training and progression opportunities are available.

We’re now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Whitchurch branch. This is a key operational role, supporting the Branch Manager and helping ensure the branch runs safely, smoothly, and to a high standard every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Previous experience in a builders’ merchant or a supervisory role is an advantage, but it’s not essential - we’ll support you with the training you need to succeed.
