House of Louie in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager in running a premium, high-volume bar. You will lead the team on shift, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bar teams in premium or high-volume hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain service standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in daily bar operations.
• Lead and motivate the bar team during service to maintain high performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold service standards across shifts.
• Support training and development of bartenders and junior staff.
• Assist with stock management, ordering, wastage control, and cost awareness.
• Ensure bar procedures and standards are consistently followed.
