Assistant Bar Manager

Salary: £31,000-£32,500 per annum + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly!

We are excited to announce that, following the continued success of Albert's Schloss, Mission Mars is expanding its team. We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our site and support various departments, focusing on guest experience and satisfaction.

Albert's Schloss offers world-class food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, a wide range of drinks, cocktails, and beers from our Bier Palace, and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!

We seek an Assistant Bar Manager to immerse in a comprehensive training program across all areas, before specializing in a specific section. This role is ideal for someone with specialist bar experience and strong management skills.

Who we need...

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in Assistant Management roles, especially in wet-led sales
• Passionate about developing from within
• Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry
• Capable of thriving in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Financially literate (training available for the right candidate)

While experience in the above is preferred, passion is the most important quality!
