Role Description

Malmaison offers something different from the usual hotel bar. Our guests expect a high standard of banter, knowledge, and entertainment when grabbing a drink, whether it be a quick one (or two) after work or before a night out.

As a Bar Manager, you will be a hands-on operator who, using your knowledge and experience, will motivate, educate, and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience. You should have similar Bar Manager experience, preferably within high-profile bars, and be accustomed to high volume and maintaining high standards under pressure.

Development & Opportunities

We hold internal Cocktail Competitions where you or a team member can showcase your cocktails by adding to the eclectic drinks menu. We encourage our Bar Teams to embrace the latest drinks trends.

There is daily and weekly paperwork, but experience with Stock Control systems and writing rotas within a budget is expected. Everything else can be taught on the job.
