Lighthouse Hotel Management is recruiting for the exciting role of Casual Bartender at The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring they have an amazing experience. You will ensure all brand standards are adhered to and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

As a member of the Food & Beverage Team at Voyager Restaurant & Bar in the Halyard Hotel, you play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, encouraging repeat visits. Our Food & Beverage Assistants work as part of a team to serve guests from breakfast through dinner, exceeding expectations to foster guest loyalty.

Food & Beverage Assistant Responsibilities:

• Seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for guests, ensuring they leave happy.
• Meet guests' wishes as far as reasonably possible, showing passion and pride for the hotel.
• Have expert knowledge of our food and drink offerings and stay updated with seasonal menus to drive sales.
• Deliver restaurant processes and standards confidently and consistently.
• Work well as part of a team, treating colleagues like family and proactively helping out.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Keep the restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.
