What you’ll do:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.
• Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and performance development.
• Take ownership of stock management, including accurate ordering, cost control, and maintaining an excellent cellar.
• Create the perfect atmosphere - think lighting, music, and great service!
• Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top-quality service.
• Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests.
