Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane invites applications for an Assistant Bar Manager to lead the Bar Antoine and Pavyllon London teams. You will coach bar colleagues, raise service standards, and enhance guest experiences in a luxury setting.

This full-time role (40 hours weekly) offers a strong package with a £52,000 total compensation, annual profit share up to 5%, and extensive benefits including meals on duty, staff discounts, life insurance, and health cover within the Four Seasons

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in luxury bar, restaurant, or hotel.
• Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium service.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day management of Bar Antoine and beverage service within Pavyllon London.
• Lead, coach, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Drive beverage knowledge, upselling, and commercial performance across the operation.
• Manage stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Assist in development of cocktail, wine, and beverage programmes.

You will lead by example on the floor, coaching and developing the team while ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalised experience. Assistant Bar Manager Pavyllon London & Bar Antoine Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join the leadership team across Pavyllon London and Bar Antoine, Chef Yannick Alléno's acclaimed restaurant and bar concepts.

• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Predominantly evening and weekend operations
