Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane seeks an Assistant Bar Manager for Pavyllon London and Bar Antoine. Lead the bar team, drive service excellence, and develop beverage programmes in a luxury, world-class setting.

You will coach staff, build guest relationships, and manage stock, cost controls, and performance. A strong beverage background and UK work eligibility are essential for success in this role.

• Previous leadership experience within a luxury bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day management of Bar Antoine and beverage service within Pavyllon London.
• Lead, coach, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Build genuine guest relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Drive beverage knowledge, upselling, and commercial performance across the operation.
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism are maintained.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service.
• Manage stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management processes.
• Support the development of cocktail, wine, and beverage programmes.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards while contributing to a positive and engaging team culture.
