Job summary

Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to energise the hotel bar team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll support the Bar Manager daily, lead shifts on the floor, and help set the standard for service, drinks quality and presentation while coaching colleagues to build confidence and skills.
