Qualifications

• Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and represent Handelsbanken effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
• Team player, flexible, proactive and conscientious with integrity and discretion.
• Prior experience with lending documentation/AML/KYC for personal and business customers is advantageous.
• High level of computer literacy (MS Word and Excel) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare facility letters and account documentation.
• Complete documentary requirements for lending facilities from credit approval to drawdown, liaising with lawyers and valuers.
• Conduct ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance with documentation.
• Administer accounts for new and existing customers, including significant direct customer contact and service excellence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counterparties to maintain high levels of customer service and orderly administration.
• Support marketing initiatives and help build long-lasting relationships with local professionals.
