Job summary

Handelsbanken in Taunton is recruiting an Assistant Banking Manager for our local branch. You will prepare facility letters and account documentation and manage lending documentation through credit approval to drawdown, coordinating with lawyers and valuers.

You will perform ongoing account reviews, handle account administration with significant direct customer contact, and collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of facility letters and other account documentation.
• Processing lending documentation through credit approval to drawdown, coordinating with lawyers and valuers, ensuring conditions are met.
• Ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Account administration with significant direct customer contact and delivery of excellent service.
• Liaison with internal departments and external counterparties to maintain high service levels and orderly processes.
• Support of marketing initiatives and building relationships with local professionals.
