Overview

Assistant manager required for a bakery shop in Splott. 20.75 hours per week over 4 days (usually Mon to Fri, but some Saturdays required), hours between 8am - 3.15pm.

Responsibilities

• Role involves serving customers
• Making sandwiches
• Baking pasties
• Cleaning
• Managing the shop one day per week to cover the managers' day off
• Working up to 5 full days to cover the managers holidays (and sickness absence)

Qualifications

• Applicants ideally have retail experience, preferably with food handling knowledge/experience.
• Applicants do not require management experience however it is always beneficial.
