Job summary

ESPA College, North Rye, Kenton, seeks an Assistant College Coordinator to support the management of learning programmes for autistic learners aged 16-25. The role requires teaching experience or substantial programme management experience and a collaborative, solution‑oriented approach.

The successful candidate will work with College Management, Tutors and LSAs, be highly organised, and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.

Qualifications

• Must have teaching experience and/or substantial experience of managing a learning programme.
• Knowledge of preparing, delivering and managing programmes to autistic learners is essential.
• The role includes supporting a busy college site and working with College Management, Tutors and LSAs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of a busy and vibrant college site.
• Collaborate with College Management and Senior Management while supporting Tutors and LSAs.
• Be well organised, motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to sharing and developing best practice in teaching, learning and assessment.
