Cambridge City Council is seeking a Data/Records Coordinator to maintain asset and contract information supporting planned maintenance delivery. You will ensure records are accurate, verify programmes and liaise with contractors and stakeholders to support service delivery.
The role requires strong data handling skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. It offers hybrid/cambridge-based working with full-time hours.

Working within our Delivery Assurance Team, you will assist with the development and maintenance of comprehensive contract and asset information to support the effective delivery of planned maintenance services.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reviewing and verifying work programmes, and ensuring that our property-based data management systems accurately reflect completed works.
The role involves responding to enquiries, liaising with contractors and key stakeholders, and carrying out a range of general business support tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of the service.
Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with practical experience of working to deadlines in a busy environment.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in data collection, input, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently when handling information. With excellent attention to detail, you will possess good written and numerical skills, alongside an understanding of the basic technical terminology used within the building maintenance and construction sectors.

£30,515 - £33,119 per annum (Band 3) pro rata for part time.
This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
