Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture accredited to RIBA Part 2.
• RIBA Part 2 completed.
• Associate Membership of RIBA.
• Understanding of architectural theory and principles.
• Knowledge of architectural technical and specification processes.
• Competence in design software and analytical tools.
• Awareness of CDM regulations.
• Experience managing hazards on projects.
• Progress toward ARB registration.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing technically sound architectural solutions.
• Support design drawings, calculations and project documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to scheme deliverables within quality, programme and budget requirements.
• Apply architectural principles and technical standards within project work.
• Participate in site visits and surveys as required.
• Identify, assess and communicate hazards and risks.
• Follow CDM regulations in project work.
• Develop interfaces between disciplines in coordination activities.
• Perform general office duties supporting operations.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients and professional bodies.
• Take ownership of deliverables with supervision and guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by following processes and identifying efficiency gains.
