Job summary

Listers Group in Coventry is recruiting an Assistant Aftersales Manager at our Audi dealership. You will lead from the front to ensure customers receive the best service experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis. Benefits include a company car and an OTE of £60,000. The role focuses on driving the service department, managing budgets and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has previously worked as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager or Workshop Manager and is looking for their first step into management.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the service department
• To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
• To ensure that all manufacturers’ policies and procedure are adhered
• Assist with planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
• Managing and development of the team
• Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency
• Exceeding customer satisfaction
• Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department
