TrustFord in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department. You will help maximise resources, improve customer service, and drive team performance to achieve business goals.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join us. You'll be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department and anticipate and identify customer needs. You'll be responsible for maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner. You'll be able to make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals.

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
