Job summary

Reed is recruiting an Assistant Accountant for our Frimley office. You will support the Finance Manager by maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to a busy finance team.

The role covers accounts payable and receivable, month-end support, journals, bank reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have Excel proficiency and may be studying toward an AAT or similar qualification.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable and month-end processes.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy finance team.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately.
• Assist with month-end processes and journal preparations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
