Reed is recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team in Woodbridge. This full-time, permanent role is office-based and offers a varied accounting position with clear progression.

The successful candidate will handle financial data processing, maintain records, assist with payables/receivables, and support month-end reconciliations while adapting to Sage and Xero during the transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounts or finance position.
• AAT qualification or active study status.
• Excellent data entry and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and process financial data accurately.
• Maintain accounting records and databases.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Produce reports for the wider finance team.
• Ensure accuracy across all financial records.
