Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and producing management accounts.
• Familiar with bank reconciliations and VAT returns.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and annual financial statements.
• Experience with SUN systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and paper files for allocated clients.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for client accounts.
• Bookkeeping on SUN systems for fund structures, companies and trusts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for clients.
• Prepare investor capital accounts and respond to investor queries.
• Assist with annual financial statements under UK GAAP/IFRS (audited & unaudited).
• Support audit process with senior staff and contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare VAT returns.
