The role involves supporting management accounts with duties such as balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals. The position offers a salary up to £32,000, hybrid home working, ACCA/CIMA study support, and company training.

Job Description

Reporting to a qualified Finance Manager and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals. You will also contribute to financial analysis for KPI reports, provide commentary, engage in stakeholder management, and perform ad hoc ledger duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

• AAT Level 4 or ACCA / CIMA 'Studier'
• Open to candidates qualified by experience
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, or prepayments
• Knowledge of treasury or ledger is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Available to work 3 days per week in the office
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
